Forbes talks about revenue in the BILLIONS when discussing Rockstar's GTA sales.
Despite the hugely popular title and the vast amount of money generated from it's sale Rockstar are letting many of us, their customers, down! Many of us are having problems with the game, especially the online part. Some can't play, some can't get their old characters on the new consoles, some have paid for DLC they just haven't received. And yet Rockstar are seriously dragging their heels with their customer support. You only have to look at their support ticket system, twitter and forums to see the vast majority of frustrated fans are not getting any replies at all from Rockstar!
We've paid our money, you've made many $$s, please Rockstar give us a a little support and look after your customers. The one place you really need to invest in is your lacking and shocking customer support with your GTA5 game being as bug filled as it currently is.
This petition calls for Rockstar to immediately resolve the issues within GTA 5 and to resolve their extremely lacking customer support so some of us can at least get replies to our tickets and forum posts.

I paid for shark cash DLC for GTA 5. Spent nearly £20 and have nothing. Rockstar fail to reply to me or resolve my issue.

Great game. Terribad Servers, would love to actually do a heist for once, or even a mission with friends for that matter. GG ROCKSTAR (sarcasm) For gamers everywhere, please do everything you can for a stable and fun online gaming experience. Don't fail for the future of GTA!
Can't even play online with a wired connection you lot take the p*ss
This company should be held to the same standards as all other consumer products. If it is not ready to play than it is not ready to be sold. Selling products with known defects is immoral and illegal.

Continuous connection and Rockstar Cloud unavailabilty. Did not recieve GTA$500,000 for online account.
