We, Afrikan Descendants, the victims of Forced Servitude are to be fully compensated for the crimes, the very thing that "caused" (initial encounter) severe physical, mental and spiritual injury forcing Our Ancestors and Parents to become indigenous, disenfranchised and misappropriated by Federal/State/Local governments and entities in the southeastern region of the North American diaspora. Herein, with each of our collective pledge We shall reclaim Gullah/Geechee Cultural Heritage Corridor. The Gullah/Geechee (Afrikan American) Cultural Heritage (property) Act H.R. 694 identifies the Corridor (a belt of land connecting coastal regions of NC, SC, GA, FL) which belongs to Afrikan Americans known in UNITED STATES law as Gullah/Geechee which contributed and are still contributing to American culture and history. [Note: The landmass 12,000 square miles borders the Atlantic Ocean; extending from the coastline thirty (30) miles inland throughout the entire length of the corridor, inclusive of erosion and accretion.]

This petition supports the NOTICE Affidavit Declaration of Truth and Claim, February 16, 2018 (a written statement confirmed by oath or affirmation, for use as evidence in courts), which was addressed to the Gullah/Geechee Cultural Heritage Commission, a proclamation to claim what the title itself clearly states to whom the Afrikan Cultural Heritage (property) Corridor rightfully belongs.

The promised land is the "only" answer to our economic/unemployment problem as an Afrikan American (Gullah/Geechee) people. We do not need another group to pacify Us any longer because We know WE can sustain ourselves. We are highly qualified and capable of developing and maintaining the Gullah/Geechee Cultural Heritage Corridor (landmass) for the social and economical advancement of the Afrikan Americans. People of fifty one percent (51%) DNA of Afrikan descent would qualify for dual citizenship. Individuals must pledge to uphold Peace, Unity, Truth, Righteousness, Justice, Balance and Order.

A Declaration of Independence and Constitution for Afrikan Descendants is Long OVERDUE!
