Harrison Simmons has agreed that if this petition reaches 100 signatures, or £100 is collected for charity then he will finally get his hair cut (else he will keep growing it and nobody wants that). If the petition reaches 250 signatures or raises £250 then he will let Matty Thomas do the cutting (styling suggestions appreciated).
