The residents and parents of Hazelehead Primary are petitioning against the Council & SITA building a recycling plant in one of the most beautiful areas in Aberdeen. We are against, the traffic volume that will increase, the safety of our children as it is so close to a school (primary and academy) and it is being built on what is currently a green field site. Please help us stop this recycling plant being built in a beautiful park area of Hazlehead. Although none of us are against recycling, we feel that there are better positions for this site to be placed. Our objections are location.  We are holding a protest on Thursday 29th @ 3pm at the school so please come along and support us - we hope that the press will be there to help promote our objections.
