With this petition I hope to bring health and safety to the community. With the help of the community, to have their voice be heard. We would like to see that Subway on 9040 Hiwassee ST Charleston, tn be closed until the health and safety has been addressed.

The following health and safety we would like to have addressed;

* Mold in the back over flow storage and the coolers

* To have no registered sex offenders to work there

*To follow the hand book that all employees be drug tested before they can return to work.

*That the district manager be held accountable to the unsafe and unsanitary conditions. And to employee misconduct. (removed from her position)

*To also have no one in a supervisor and or manager position if they have been there for 1 year or less (to many safety concerns)

With the signatures of the community, we can and will be heard!
