The proposed change of use is to set up an Osteopathic and Complimentary Health care clinic housing 4 treatment rooms with practitioners such as Osteopaths, acupuncturists, sports therapists, hypnotherapists, massage etc. The clinic will open 9-5 Mon to Fri with two evening clinics until 8pm. Saturdays will be open from 9-1pm. Parking at the property will be ONLY for practitioners and disabled. Patients will park in one of 3 public car parks in the high street and access to the property will ONLY be from the High Street. All clinic advertising will state the access from High Street not from East Street. At maximum capacity this will mean about 4 patients visiting the clinic every hour. The principal Osteopath Helen Bullen is an experienced therapist with a practice in Tadworth, senior lecturer, international lecturer and is the MSc Co-ordinator at Surrey Institute of Osteopathic Medicine. She already has a large number of patients in the Bookham and surrounding areas and is a highly respected practitioner.
