As you may know we started CMB Auto Repairs in 2016 with one goal - to provide honest, safe and outstanding car repair services in Scarborough.
We are currently in the midst of our application with the City of Toronto requesting a 5-6 year term approval in a minor variance that allows CMB Auto Repairs to operate at 2500 Lawrence Ave East Unit 10.

I just saw we hit two hundred and fifty signatures which is honestly kind of overwhelming because when I started this back in the day I just wanted to keep the shop doors open (I was so nervous the city would just say no). It makes my heart feel full to see people backing us like this and I am already prepping the folder to show the planners how many folks in Scarborough actually want us here.

This unit has been in business as a mechanic shop in this neighborhood for the past 20+ years. An amendment to the zoning should be made so that this establishment can continue to serve the community.
Cmb auto repairs is one of the best honest mechanic shops in the area with good community presence. Customers who get their repairs there always leave happy with the work as well as educated on the state of their vehicles. I would recommend CMB over any other repair shop in the general Scarborough area.
Mark is my one trusted Mechanic for years! Honest trustworthy and always have a heart to help in many ways. Our community is vey blessed to have him and his business. Would love to have him more years of services.
Mark of CMB Auto has my full support. There is no other mechanic, auto shop or auto dealership that I could trust more than Mark with servicing my vehicles! It would be a big loss to the community if this auto shop was made to uproot from this location, especially during the challenges that all small businesses are experiencing during this prolonged covid pandemic!
Mark & Maria + team do great service keeping our family & friends’ vehicles working well, their location is very good. No need to change something that’s serving the community so well!

CMB Auto is the only shop I service my work and personal vehicles. I recently moved to a different region yet I make travel time and will not change my repair location.
