Dear Residents of 12 Elman Rd Cheltenham Vic

My name is Jeffro, and I live in unit 307, I am reaching out to ask for your help to avoid my eviction due to claims I have endangered the safety of neighbours, myself or my agent, contractor or employee.

By opening the lock boxes onsite (which were open) for maintenance and emergencies services, and stealing the keys and fob. It is then claimed that,

1. I had advised that I engaged residents telling them I could access other residents apartments using the master key (which there is not 1) and fob (which all residents have).
2. Megan also claims that I have made copies of the imaginary Master key and she is fearful of the residents safety.

Obviously I categorically deny these accusations.

This community means a lot to me, and security & safety is what I have been trying to improve. I need your help to stay in my home as I am being evicted.

Please sign this petition to request that our property management allow me to stay by listening to people who pay her wage. I will also be seeking legal advice on this matter and will be seeking VCAT intrervention.
