There is a dog named Lucy that lives down the street from me. Lucy is a very nice dog. Loves to meet new people. Lucy is a pure bred, full grown German shepherd. that just had 4 puppies a few months ago. They are also full grown now too. Both Lucy and the 4 other full grown dogs are living out side in a cage that is only 3 feet by 4 feet. They live in that cage all year around, in the cold bitter winter, and the blazing hot summer with no roof on there cage. And animal control or the police wont do anything about it. Please help me to save Lucy and her puppies from this cruel family. Don't let Lucy and her puppies suffer.
