Tarik is finally getting back to class at L'Escale. It has been a long and draining road but our persistence forced them to do the right thing for his future. We will keep a close eye on his reintegration to ensure he faces no further interference.

Are you sure it is in Ontario?

- 16 years old student Tarik is out from school since October 15, 2014.

- He was refused admission from 5 public schools in 4 different school Boards in Ontario.

- Many institutions and people involved even his MPP refused to comment on his case.

What Tarik did wrong?

-Tarik is known by his good behaviour.

- Well liked by all his peers by members of the Ottawa community.

- He is a minor student and a good athlete who is talented in soccer.

- He paid a heavy price by loosing two years of education for something that has no business with him.

- Political dispute between adults in the Ontario public Education made a Canadian student suffer and lost his future.

Please sign this petition to help Tarik get back to his school L'Escale in Rockland

- Don't let this student abuse continue in a civil country. Stop it now by signing this petition to help Tarik get back to his school.

The silence from the people in charge is exhausting and sometimes I want to walk away. We are almost at one hundred signatures so please keep pushing because Tarik deserves better than this treatment.

There is no reason to prevent a teenager from going to the school; by depriving Tarik of this elementary right , for bureaucratic reasons or for any other reason, you took hostage his future and his life, this is not worthy for a country as Canada, this scandal is rather deserving of a country considered of "the second order".

I have a special request to the MPP if you are not able to talk you are not serving the people who elected you. So get out and get something else... We need politicians who can defend the right of the people specially children.

This is unacceptable! He shouldn't have to suffer because of something he didn't do, this is a violation of a human being's rights and I can't believe that it has come to this! I hope that he gets to go back to school this fall

We want to know why Tarik hasn't been in school more than year and we are skin you simply to apply the right canadian law . Any kids has to attend school. What is the reason to stop him from school because his dad has something to do with education ministry Please don't mix up the son and dad. It's not any more canada

Unbelievable! According to the Ontario Education Act, children aged 6-18 must attend school and yet, this young kid has been denied his right! Tarek must go back to school immediately.

Plato stated that, "The direction in which education starts a man will determine his future in life." What kind of future are we scaffolding by denying Tarik the right to an education ?
