Help us fight for a cafeteria at DCP by signing this petition!!! A cafeteria should be built to support the prison population and meet health and required sanitation codes. Inmates are currently being served their meals on the floor and forced to eat their food next to a toilet. Please help inmates rise above these horrid conditions by signing this petition!
