This petition is to get the city counsel and city officials on board with upgrading the Hempstead city pound.

The goal of this petition is to allow the Friends of Hempstead Pound to show the city Mayor and city Counsil that the community cares about the animals being kept in the city pound.

This is solely to show support and community need for a Pound.
