Hackney Council (Yes the same people who accidentally painted over a Banksy) are trying to claim our board on the side of the gallery, as advertising (not art), and would like us to pay the princely sum of £500 to apply for permission to keep it.. even though they have also advised us, we will probably be refused??

So we thought we'd try another approach. The frequently changed mural board is really popular with artists and locals alike and really brightens up our street so we are VERY keen to keep it!!
