Our application is in regards to Unit 1, 3 Twickenham Way NR6 6NG. It is a warehouse on the Union Park Industrial Estate, just off Fifers Lane, Norwich.

The warehouse is over 11,000 sq ft in size and we have requested the following uses: D1, D2, A1 and A3 – this will enable us to operate a dedicated climbing centre with the following features; bouldering wall, climbing wall, treatment clinic, exercise studio, the all important café, and a retail offering.

Our aim is to provide a world class facility which will become a regional centre of excellence for climbing.

Being located near to Norwich International Airport means transport connections are really good and the site itself offers parking for almost 100 cars. Bus stops along Cromer road, Fifers Lane or Vulcan road are just minutes away, and of course we’ll offer secure cycle storage.
