We the community association owners and members request that an internal independent forensic audit of the current management company, ACM, be conducted for the Highline Meadows community for the 2022 Budget. We the community of Highline Meadows request the Forensic audit be paid for by the association dues

We would like the results of the 2022 Forensic audit to be disclosed to the community by a special meeting and sent to all 298 owners for review. We would also like the results of the forensic Audit be sent to the Centennial Sheriffs Fraud investigation unit for review and possible charges to Board of Directors and ACM. Each owner will then have the opportunity to vote to keep ACM as the current management company or Relive them of their current responsibilities. As part of this community petition, we request that an official Board of Directors election be held to replace those in office which have allowed the financials to be compromised.
