We the undersigned residents, and/or property owners of the City of Sarasota respectfully submit that Interim Chief Mikel Holloway’s 28 years of exemplary service and leadership as a law enforcement professional have garnered him the respect of his fellow officers and the trust of his fellow citizens, making him eminently qualified to serve as permanent Chief of Police.
Therefore: We the undersigned respectfully request that Interim Chief Mikel Holloway’s name be formally placed into consideration along with other applicants as permanent Chief of Police for the City of Sarasota.
