Moderators for the chat to temperately suspend problem users not give them full mod powers, but things like 3 hour bans for first offense, 6 hours for second, and third offense would be 24 hour ban. and a review of their conduct, Screen shots could be taken so if they complain and say they weren't warned moderators could show you that they were in fact warned ban able offenses could be: drama starting (two people arguing,) spamming chat: posting multiple useless things after being asked to stop (like saying the same thing for 15 messages in a row) posting personal information about others with out their consent and other things along that line We both know chat can get a little dirty and that's not bad but when people start drama and the threats when other users ask them to stop and take it to private, it ruins it for everyone who is just trying to chat, and everyone could receive two warning before being banned for the allotted time, I know a lot of people are getting fed up with the drama and have to wait till its over before they can chat with others This can be changed and discussed to best suite the needs of the fans Please if you sign this also include your chat name if u like.. so we know who you are p.s. this is not to restrict personal freedoms of speech but to stop excessive harassment when multiple people are asking it be stopped,
