Moreno Valley has a huge Homeless crisis . We need solutions besides work programs . The programs only work when a homeless person has a safe place to lay thier head at night . Being homeless is not a crime , with a shelter we can become a safer community. Less loitering , trespassing and other issues that arise from this epidemic. Please sign this petition and share it . I am an advocate for the homeless I've worked with homeless in shelters in other states for 2 years and directly for at least 10 years .
