The substantial decrease in the Resident Housing Association’s (RHA) allocation and advisement to secure alternative sources of income from the previous administration sparked this initiative. A number of DVD kiosks placed in various residence halls would prove a relevant and innovative merger of the entertainment interests of residents and additional funding for RHA.
