On January 28, 2003, Keven "Dino" Conner, the lead singer of the award-winning R&B group H-Town was tragically killed in a hit-and-run car crash. On that day, we lost one of the most talented forces in the music world. H-Town was originally founded by twin brothers Keven "Dino" Conner and Solomon "Shazam" Conner along with longtime friend Darryl "G.I." Jackson. Their debut album "Fever for Da Flavor" was released on April 15, 1993. Their smash hit "Knockin' Da Boots" debuted at #1 on the R&B charts. H-Town was the recipient of the 1994 Soul Train Music Awards "Best New Artist" award. Keven "Dino" Conner died with what many believe was little fanfare and has yet to be properly recognized and honored for the incredible talent that he was. This petition is to encourage The BET Network and TVOne's "Unsung" to pay tribute and homage to Keven "Dino" Conner and the group H-Town, one of the great legends of the R&B/Hip-Hop culture.
