Hulu finally heard us and the app update is being rolled back after months of frustration. My parents can actually navigate their shows again without needing me to fix the menu settings every single night. Thank you for sticking with this until they listened.

Dear Hulu,
We, Hulu Subscribers, request that Hulu gives us back the old look and feel.
The new look and feel is horrible.
The change is way too dramatic. Also, if the goal was to carve out an area for Hulu Live! , that was a miss as well, because it is not intuitive where it is.
Also, you literally just torched your 55+ crowd.
Please take Google as example. Google UI has been the same for over a decade. Imagine waking up and finding the Google search hidden in a menu that was called Options. The response would be scorched earth from the community.
Please revert back.

My parents are struggling to even find their shows on this new layout and I know I am not the only one dealing with this frustration. We need to hit that hundred signature mark to show them this is not just a minor annoyance for a few users. Please put this link in front of anyone else you know who is tired of fighting their own television.

Don't just do this for ROKU. Please change back to the old look! This new one makes you have to too many steps to do a simple task. It's difficult/exhausting enough for tech-knowledge people. God knows how hard it is for those who aren't tech savvy.
Visually painful & unpleasant to watch. Neon colors filling screen are horrific - give me a headache & make me feel sea sick. My mom has vision problems & can’t handle new design at all. Planning to cancel service.
The old interface could have used some refinement, but the new one is HORRIBLE. It might be useful on a phone sized device but it wastes the available real estate of a full sized flat screen. I don't want to use Hulu anymore
New update sucks. My daughter used to be able to navigate the app on her own. Letting her screen time let me get things done. Now every 5 minutes she needs help because she wants a different show or slid her hand across the screen and it changed pages. Change it back!
Hulu's new format is hardly worth the trouble. Can't access Showtime which I get as an add-on. Change it back. In the meantime, I'm cancelling my Showtime add-on and getting it through Amazon Video--they know how to run things.
A rollback would be the upgrade we’ve been waiting for. Proven by all the positive comments last week with the temporary rollback. I actually used the app for a change and enjoyed it. Otherwise I rarely use it.

The new UI is unusable. Please give us the option to use the old interface in newer Roku devices. My wife and I are not in the 55+ crowd and we hate the new UI and find it completely unusable with totally without merit.
