The council finally agreed to the meeting and the release of these documents. It has been an exhausting road to get here but we forced the transparency we needed. I am tired but relieved that our persistent pressure worked.

The undersigned community members hereby petition the shura council and shura body to set the earliest reasonable date, time (no later than 10/09/2020) and place for a special community town hall meeting for the purpose of:
1. Disclosing any due diligence made from SC/SB before lawsuit and the reasons for its escalation to court prior to NAIT arbitration.
2. Denying the community's demand for lawsuit withdrawal.
3. Failure to adhere to Constitution 2.0 and not making version 2.1 accessible without added conditions for request.
4. All meeting minutes from 10/19/2019 - Present.

c. School board meeting minutes.
5. Rational behind riba (interest) based million dollar lawsuit.
Note: We, the members of ICI expect that all requested documents are made available one week prior to the meeting to the registered petitioners.

Request open Board meeting to communicate about what is going on with the law suit
I highly urge to withdraw the law suit and don’t take any step fir the sake of your personal egos which would bring shame to the community and our religion .
Stop the lawsuit Our own bylaws call for ARBITRATIONS not lawsuit. Otherwise it’ll be a never ending vicious cycle
We strongly oppose any dividation in our muslim community. There are better way to resolve any dispute than going for lawsuit.
The previous shura shall provide all documents and evidence to certify they worked in a responsible, transparent and accountable manner.
Please respect the honest and sincere persons who had served ICI with their time ,money and energy . Please withdraw lawsuit immediately

There have been no community programs ever since the elections. Feels like there is a hush-hush hostile environment in our community. We need the wrong doers punished and need to have checks and balances in place to safeguard our institutions from people with personal interests. Masjid need to be run by volunteers, not some man in the high castle.
