Elected Senators swear an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States. It being public record that Virginia Senators Tim Kaine and Mark Warner support legislation violating the second ammendment, It is obvious that they are not upholding or defending our constitution. We want lawmakers who will uphold the law.
