By the Authority of the United States Constitution of the United States, We The People of the United States do here by order the Congress of the United States to convene a panel of 12 Judges for the Impeachment of Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. for his action leading to the abolishment, and/or altering the Constitution of the United States of America, the Constitutional Rights Violations of American Citizens, and Violation of Federal Law. The 12 judge panel shall consist of 6 Judges from each of the Democrat and Republican Political Party. Each member of said panel shall be investigated by Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Central Intelligence Agency, and the National Security Agency. No member of said panel shall have any form of relationship past or present with financial institutes, and agents or representative of a Foreign Nation or Foreign Interest.
