3. As to any other officer, by five registered voters of the district, county, or municipality where the duties of the office are to be performed.
4. As to district officers, by the county attorney of any county in the district.
5. As to all county and municipal officers, by the county attorney of the county where the duties of the office are to be performed.

Granted we only need five people to bring impeachment proceedings against the schoolboard members, but we would like to obtain as many signatures as possible so we have strength in numbers.

The CRCSD illegally implemented a Mask Mandates and are strenuously advocating for our children to get "Vaccinated" even though statistically according to the CDC, children are more likely harmed or killed from the "Vaccine" than they would from the COVID19 virus and they would be better protected by Natural Immunity.

2. Illegally implemented and then reimplemented the Mask Mandate without a 24 hour notice to the public and the media. However, when we the people asked them to take a vote at the December 13, 2021 CRCSD Schoolboard Meeting to drop the mask mandate, they hid behind this very Iowa law. They since have not taken the vote to unmask our children even though they have been repeatedly informed how harmful mentally, physically, and mentally it is to the children.
3. Child Abuse and Assault: Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy (MSBP), The Cleveland Clinic labels it, "Factitious Disorder Imposed on Another" (FDIA), when clearly it is textbook case? Factitious disorder imposed on another (FDIA) is a mental illness in which a person acts as if an individual he or she is caring for has a physical or mental illness when the person is not really sick. The Cleveland Clinic designates it as Child and Elder abuse. Michigan Medical states, “Munchausen syndrome by proxy (MSBP) is a mental health problem in which a caregiver makes up or causes an illness or injury in a person under his or her care, such as a child, an elderly adult, or a person who has a disability. Because vulnerable people are the victims, MSBP is a form of child abuse or elder abuse.”
4. Coercion -- is compelling a party to act in an involuntary manner by use of threats, including force. It involves a set of various types of forceful actions that violate the free will of an individual to induce a desired response.
   1. Forcing students to where a mask or they cannot attend school.
   2. Forcing Faculty to where a mask or they will not get paid or they will lose their employment.

The United States is currently in an Emergency Use Authorization status, there fore any experimental drug or device proposed to be implemented or offered as a remedy, the individual or entity offering the drug or device SHALL obtain informed consent. The CRCSD did not obtain informed consent; FDA code 21USC 360bbb-3 is pretty specific about his, in fact, they wrote a 46-page document informing you how you are to obtain Informed Consent. Which you still have not done so far for masks or the Experimental Vaccine.

8. Harming our Children while doing so, mentally, physically, and emotionally.    1. The probe analyzed the cognitive development of the youngsters through infancy, childhood, and adolescence
   2. In the study, researchers first analyzed 1,070 assessments administered on 605 kids prior to March 2020, when COVID lockdowns and masking began.
   3. A further 154 assessments from 118 kids administered between March 2020 and June 2021, during the height of the pandemic, were then carried out.
   4. Thirty-nine children born in 2018 and 2019 were analyzed over the course of the pandemic, into 2021.vi. The report found that there was a 23 per cent drop in scores measuring kids' intelligence quotients since the start of the pandemic.
   5. The study also found similar dips in the same span in regard to developing children's ability to communicate, both verbally and though subtle facial cues.
9. In 2008 Dr. Anthony Fauci co-authored a paper about the Spanish Flu Epidemic and in studying it discovered that most of the victims of the Spanish Flu did not die from the Spanish Flu. They died from bacterial pneumonia caused by wearing masks and vaccines.
