We have organised this petition to demonstrate our anger and frustration with the dreadful broadband service delivered to Bridle Lane /Wagon, Rickmansworth. It is Government policy to ensure that high speed internet access should be made available to everyone and not just the areas where BT make the most money.
Reaching this new level of support shows that our neighbors are completely fed up with these connection speeds. Post the petition link to your Facebook feed right now so we can turn this anger into an unavoidable demand for better service.

Pond House - As others have stated, promises of faster broadband for Bridle Lane / Wagon Way get continuously pushed back silently over the past two years. Having a 2-3mb broadband is a very poor service showing little consideration for us as the paying customers. Very disappointing.

The Supply of Goods and Services act 1982 states that goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. The broadband in Bridle Lane is none of the above. Surely if BT refuse to provide us with the service we pay for, they are in breach of the act and should be made to provide us with the service they have been contracted to provide?

The quality of the broadband offered in Bridle Lane significantly reduces the value of the area, which is a shame given the investments made by inhabitants. If the area wishes to attract young, upwardly mobile professionals, many of whom work from home, the situation needs to be corrected (and the endless empty promises from BT addressed). Amber Grove

BT need to stop constantly reforecasting the Cabinet 10 upgrade, pushing it back every quarter as they have the past 2 years (at least) and get the upgrade done.
