Petition to Improve School Meal Quality at Uplands International School of Penang
To the Administration of Uplands International School of Penang,
We, the undersigned parents of students at Uplands International School of Penang, are writing to express our concern regarding the quality of food provided in the school cafeteria.
Our children have repeatedly reported that the meals offered are not balanced, tend to be monotonous, and are served in insufficient portions. This has led to many students refusing to eat the provided meals, which is concerning for their health and wellbeing.
Proper nutrition is vital for the growth and development of children and plays a critical role in their ability to focus and excel academically. Therefore, we kindly request the school administration to take immediate action to address these concerns. This may include, but is not limited to, reviewing the current meal plans, consulting with nutrition experts, and seeking feedback from students and parents for improvements.
We appreciate the school's efforts in providing education and care for our children and believe that enhancing the quality of school meals will significantly contribute to their overall experience and development at Uplands International School.
We hope for a prompt response and are open to discussing this matter further to find a satisfactory resolution.

I would definitely like to see a significant improvement in the quality of the food. I don't mind paying for well balanced meals that are nutritious. If the kids think it is dreadful enough to make multiple complaints I think some action needs to be taken.
I really hope and want to change and improve my kid's school lunch.

My son comes home complaining everyday about the portions. Needs to be more food and definitely tastier options for the younger kids.
