The just concluded Delta State election was fraught  with many irregularites. We therefore call on INEC to declare the result null and void.                                                          

  I append my signature to this petition stating that in the recent Delta State elections, I witnessed one or more of the following:

 - Thugs stealing ballot boxes.

- Stuffing of ballot boxes.

- Money being paid for votes.

- Intimidation/threat/injury to self or others in a polling centre.

- Underage voting.

- People brandising guns, machetes, broken bottles to scare the opposition.

- Outright inflation of voters numbers

- Received a bulk text message before voting commenced/before results were released stating PDP had won.

I urge INEC to declare this result null and void immediately and to begin an investigation into all these allegations in order to aviod the massive loss of human lives that is sure to occur if the anger of Deltans who feel short changed by this process is allowed to boil.
