We, the undersigned, petition East Northants District Council to oppose the development, which includes the construction of 700 houses, on land between Wellingborough Road and Finedon Road Irthlingborough (Application Ref: 10/00857/OUT) on the grounds that the developers' haven't shown that the land will be made sufficiently safe and this could seriously affect the town and its population.
