On February 12th, 1993 James Bulger was with his mother at a shopping center in Liverpool England James had stepped away from his mother for a second when 10 year old Jon Venables took his hand along with his friend Robert Thompson 10 James was crying for his mummy they took him to a nearby railroad and brutally attacked him to the extent let\'s keep James Bulger\'s memory.
