Coach Jeff Christ applied to be the head coach of the 14U Blue team for the 2021-2022 season. The 12U Green coach has also applied for the same position, and is a non parent coach. KV is struggling to make a decision between the two coaches. Coach Jeff has proven over the year that he has the ability to build a team, coach fundamentals and embrace creative play. Over the past year, Jeff has shown over and over again his ability to develop each player on the team, and work to each players strengths and weaknesses. The girls on the team respond well to him and enjoy having him as their coach. Jeff also keeps the parents in the loop and has communicated with us throughout the current season. He has a proven track record of success and he is who we all should support to be the 14U Blue team for the 2021-2022 season. If Jeff isn't selected as the 14U Blue Head coach and leaves Kensington Valley, my family will personally follow him wherever he goes, and I believe there will be others.
