According to the Chicago Park District Code, Mr. John McDonough (President & CEO of the Chicago Blackhawks), meets all criteria for a playlot to be named after him except one: the person shall have been deceased for at least one year prior to consideration. We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge our leaders to act now to allow us to rename the playlot at Edison Park Fieldhouse, 6755 N. Northwest Highway, THE JOHN MCDONOUGH PLAYLOT.
