Dear Mr. Stern, Should John Wall declare his intentions to enter the 2009 NBA draft, please allow him to be eligible. The NBA rules regarding his eligibility to enter the NBA draft are ambiguous, and are currently constructed in such a way that you would likely have to make a ruling as to whether he would be allowed to enter the draft. As a Sacramento Kings fan (and NBA fan in general), it would be beneficial for all parties involved to allow John Wall to be eligible for the 2009 NBA draft. For the struggling Sacramento community, Kings franchise, and the NBA (both from an organizational and fan standpoint), having John Wall in the draft creates excitement for teams and fans, and would only benefit the league and its fans and franchises during these economically-challenging times.
