I honestly cannot believe I am typing this but we finally got word that the book is actually coming out because they finally listened to all of us. My hands are shaking a bit honestly since I thought we were stuck waiting until some random year in the future for …
This a petition demanding news of or an immediate release of Judith McNaught's long-awaited novel The Sweetest Thing. It has been almost two years since the announced release date of the much anticipated novel. Simon & Schuster has ignored all fan inquiries as to the novel's release and Judith McNaught's state of health. And, according to Amazon.com, The Sweetest Thing will be available...in 2045. Help us find this world renowned author and her lost book by signing the petition!
I keep staring at the 2045 release date on Amazon and it honestly feels like some kind of bad joke that nobody is laughing at. I have been spending my nights digging through old forums trying to find any scrap of news about where this book actually went because the total silence from the publisher is just driving me up the wall (and I know I am not the only one feeling this way). Honestly I just want to read the book and I bet you all do too.

I was looking at the signatures earlier and we are just hovering right under that first hundred mark which honestly feels like a tiny victory even if it is just a drop in the ocean of books we want to see. If you have a second today please just blast the link out to a group chat or a forum where people remember her classics because I really think someone over at the publisher has to notice if we keep this momentum climbing steady.

My all time favorite author. Since Whitney my Love I have bought Judith’s next book as soon as it was released. I was so excited in 2018 to see The sweetest Thing coming. Marked my calendar then changed it to 2019. Still waiting and so disappointed!!!

Please release this book.
Also, why can’t we buy the ebook versions of Judith’s books here in England?? My ‘hard copy’ books have been re-read so many times they are falling to pieces and it is increasingly difficult to buy new ones.

She is the best!, I find myself re-reading her books because they are so good and I can’t find another romance book done as well, I’ve literally given up on them. My prayer is that Ms. McNaught is well and it’s the publishers messing up and not her health!

I absolutely love these novels. I just discovered Judith McNaught's novels and I'm already dreading the day I've read them all! I was so excited to see she would be releasing another book, until I saw Dec. 2045 as the release date. What has happened??

Why is this bestselling author's release date so far out? Is their a contract war going on? Because of this, many will never trust enough to by any book in advance of the date of publication. You have set a poor business precedent.

Judith McNaught is one of my all time favorite authors. I have been waiting a long time for this newest book that was supposed to come out. It is frustrating that the publishers and/or Judith herself are not giving us loyal readers any news.
