As you know, Lewis Swezy has filed an application to change the zoning of 10 acres of land at the N.W. corner of McMinn and Biscayne from AU (Agricultural) to EU-M (15,000 square foot lots). We defeated him in 2003 and we'll defeat him again! Please sign this petition and come to the hearing on February 13 at the Community Room of the Palmetto Golf Course, 9300 S.W. 152 St. at 6:00. The hearing number is Z2017000169. Please add your address in the comments section. Since this petition is password protected, that should not present a security issue.
