Yesterday the police responded to a domestic dispute in Mthe dog's apartment complex. The officer came(for some unknown reason) to talk to the owner and saw dog (matrix) laying in the doorway chewing on a kong, matrix saw the officer sat up (WAGGING HIS TAIL) an she screamed and ran (a game frequently played by this dog and everyone who knows matrix ) the dog ran outside (I assume thinking she was playing) and she shot him in the face the bullet went through his jaw and lodged in his shoulder. Now Matrix is in the vet hospital waiting for neuro surgeon consult which can cost 5000$ and may never get it now because the RCMP refuse to pay for it. Stating "the dog should have been on a leash" I must stress this dog was IN HIS OWN HOME!!!!!, who has there dog on a leash in there own home?
