Justice 4 Antonella: Before 40 Years
We the law-abiding Citizens of New York State, and Citizens for Justice everywhere call upon New York State Attorney General Letitia James, Queens County District Attorney Melinda Katz, and Westchester County District Attorney Mimi Rocah to revive the July 16, 1984, (open, in name only,) Felony-Murder Case of then twelve year-old Flushing, Queens’ resident Antonella Mattina, by actively investigating new evidence that was brought to light in 2015.
We recognize that it is the inherent duty of these respective chief law-enforcement officers to seek Justice for Antonella, and the Mattina Family. We stand in solidarity with the Mattina Family, and expect Antonella’s Case to move swiftly towards a conclusive and publicly-stated end, before July 16, 2024, the 40th anniversary of that dark-day, in New York City, and State History.
