Justice for Buddy. Buddy was a 3 month old Beagle puppy who was viciously killed by 2 vicious neighborhood dogs. The police were notified and nothing has been done. The dogs still run the neighborhood and Bully other animals and people. There is no leash law being inforced in the outer city limits of Morehouse parish. This petition is to help get the Leash Law inforced so the vicious dogs can't hurt anymore animals or people. Please sign and get Justice for Buddy.
