While we respect members of law enforcement and have them in our family, we still don't understand why it's so hard to hold them accountable when they've done something wrong. I believe the killer of my son needs to have a jury of his peers render a verdict in this case.
Please join with us as we ask Roy Cooper, Attorney General for the state of North Carolina, to retry this case. He's the only person who can ensure that we are able to pursue our goal of Justice for Jonathan.
After all, 10 bullets is 10 too many.

In my examination of recording of this encounter , I believe a taxer should have been used. I believe the other officer involved was preparing to do so. Please have a retrial of this horrible killing.
I feel your sympathy, I too is going through the same lost my son to a shooter. same out come hung jury.... Praying that our next trail justice will be served. Praying for your family as well. Sincerely
I am so pleased to see this. This case has rocked my soul to its core. This City of Charlotte is emotionally locked in the outcome of a revisit of this case. I pray that Justice prevails.

I am a Mom and the thought that this could happen to my child kills my soul. A hunter would not shoot an animal this many times. I have experienced the life of a law enforcement officer who would NEVER act in this manner. Justice is necessary as much as 10 bullets were unnecessary.
