Justice for Robert Sylvester Kelly
We the people, the undersigned honestly feel the defendant, Robert Sylvester Kelly, is not a danger/threat to our or any community nor a flight risk, and that the argument in this case is simply insufficient to support those claims.
It has been observed Robert Sylvester Kelly's Constitutional rights have been violated along with his due process which is unprecedented. 5th Amendment, protects you from double jeopardy, 6th Amendment, grants you a right to know your accusers, to have a fair trial, 8th Amendment, protection from cruel and unusual punishments, 9th Amendment, provides that the enumeration of specific rights should not be construed to deny or disparage other rights, and 14th Amendment, Rights guaranteed, privileges and immunities of citizenship, due process, and equal protection. Article III of the Constitution of the United States guarantees that any person of wrongdoing has the rights to a fair trial before a competent judge and a jury of one's peers. We the People agree that appropriate action be taken to prevent the ongoing unconstitutional deprivation that Robert Sylvester Kelly has endured, as this is a grave Constitutional error to deprive an American citizen of his fundamental rights, the courts should not hesitate to remedy.
For these reasons, Petitioner prays that the courts grant review and (1) Requests the courts for lienancy, and that Robert Sylvester Kelly's bail be reconsidered, and (2) Find that Robert Sylvester Kelly has been denied equal protection, due process, and violations of his Constitutional rights.
As stated above, We the People truly feel that Robert Sylvester Kelly is not a danger/threat to any community nor is he a flight risk. Please understand that Robert Sylvester Kelly is fully aware that this case poses critical important issues and has no compelling or substantial interest in violating those terms. We respectfully ask the courts for reconsideration at this time.
