This petition is published on behalf of people who have registered for SEM and TELPECON grant but are yet to get any grant. We demand that SEM and TELPECON including its promoters be held accountable for the grant promised. We demand that the truth behind this grant be unraveled. We demand urgent and thorough investigation and necessary action by all relevant security and anti graft agencies towards unraveling the truth about this grant and bringing to justice whoever is found wanting for fraud, deceit and extortion.
