This petition is started for the death of my brother Tiyates Franklin who was murdered on September 2, 2012. His killer turned himself in to the Chatham County Police Department with confession on September 27, 2012 but unfortunately he was released on September 17, 2013. On September 12, 2013 CCMPD arrested 9 of Tiyates friends on a 97-count indictment including his murder. I know these young men are innocent. The CCMPD are trying to charge them with a series of crimes that I know they did not commit. We are asking for the public's help for the judge to give these young men an fair case. We cannot keep allowing the judicial system to arrest our young males and take their lives away for crimes they did not commit. Its not our fault they are not working hard enough to find the actually suspect. So i'm asking can you please sign this petition. WE ARE THE VOICE OF OUR INNOCENT VICTIMS!!!
