Please support my petition to get the government to realise that the system has to change to help good dads have the right to see their kids without the red tape battle and court costs they always face when a mother has cruely stripped a fathers right to be named on the birth certificate even though DNA proof has been obtained and therefore having contact dictated to them by the mother as the father has no rights despite csa saying they have a parental responsibility to pay for their child, this being the case, then DNA should go towards a father having parental rights, it's wrong to not have your rights recognised in one instance yet recognised when money is to be paid
