Andrew Preap was killed in an auto crash 8/12/13, his family is asking the court to delay the criminal trial against the driver of the vehicle who killed him, until the driver's toxicology reports can be obtained. There is currently a civil suit to obtain these records. Please help us get the truth & justice Andrew deserves!
