It was late at night on September 15, 2013, when Officer Kerrick responded to a 911 call from a woman who thought someone was trying to break in and was pounding on her door. It turned out to be Ferrell who had crashed his car into some woods and was trying to get help. Kerrick and two other officers who encountered Ferrell down the street. Kerrick fired ten rounds killing Ferrell.
It's been nearly a year and a half since 24-year-old Ferrell was shot and killed by a former CMPD Officer and since then, his mother Georgia Ferrell has struggled to stay strong.Updates

it was murder of an unarmed man, plain and sime. Please convict Rabdall Kerrick of murder.
I attend FAMU & remember when this happened. & losing a brother is hard, I know from experience, I pray justice is served.
it truly speaks of the city of Charlotte, my hometown and CMPD that a petition has to be signed to release this footage. cold blood murder.
Something really needs to be done Jon could have been my son who's going off to college to kent state I don't know what the future holds but this must stop young black men that has so much to live for.
Do what is right and RELEASE the dash cam!!!!! Let the truth out!!!!!!!!. Praying for Justice!
