The appointment of a Chinese business man by the Kavango East Governor (Namibia) as his exclusive advisor for economic affairs on the 16 of December 2020 is unconstitutional, unwelcome to the locals, and undermines the wealth in knowledge and capacities of the local people and their right to take charge of developmental matters affecting them in their region. We therefore demand for Governor Bonifatius Wukudumo and his Chinese Advisor to resign immediately.

We don't have Namibians as advisors in China, we surely don't need any advisor from China, our leader must stop selling our land piece by piece in what ever form for their own benefit and at the cost of the masses.

I'm not a politician neither racist, I don't just support corruption because it is a sin. We have qualified local persons to be the advicery for the governer. Local people who knows our people very well than foreigners who don't know the culture of Kavango.

This country is governed by the rule of law and the last time I checked the special Advisors Act the governor doesn't have the jurisdiction to appoint any advisor however the president have that mandate. So the appointment by the governor is unlawful and unconstitutional.

It's not always safe to trust an outsider to bring development without expecting something in return and he can't advice he's fellow Chinese to pay their workers with better salary and how sure that he's going to do it?

I strongly condemn the appointment of a Chinese man as an advisor in Kavango East Region. This show us that Mr Wakudumo is undermining the skills, knowledge, and technical know-how of local people and the nation at large. I argue Mr. Wakudumo to turn down the appointment of his colleague.

The appointment of a Chinese national must fall. Namibians/ Kavangos are capable too and know better what is good for them. Give opportunity to inhabitants to participate on issues that affects their daily lives.

Namibia is not for sale. Chineses must go and lead in there own country. Namibian or Africans are not aloud to lead in China why should they aloud to lead Namibians. It's totally wrong.
