These poor animals are tortured and beat, and circuses are no fun for them! They endure so much pain, physically and emotionally, and if we can't stop the circus, we can at least stop supporting it! Keep circuses with animals OUT of Albert Lea!

I'm sorry, but no animal deserves a life like this. They belong in the wild, not in a stuffy trailer being hauled around for the entertainment of others.
STOP THE ANIMAL CRUELTY. Albert Lea should NOT be a place that supports this kind of environment. There are still people that go to these events not even knowing what goes on behind the scenes. And those that do should be ashamed to support it.
I have been opposed to these barbaric shows for many, many years. It needs to end. Many states and countries are now outlawing them and the United States needs to follow suite. Most people that are educated about them will never go or support them in any way. I hope this is the case with Albert Lea.
I went to a circus for the first time a couple months ago at the fairgrounds. Will be the last circus I ever go to. And here I thought animal cruelty wasn't in circuses anymore. Sadly mistaken.
The elephants at the fair get tortured too. I can't believe the fairgrounds let them come!!
Cruel Cruel Cruel. Should be banned everywhere.
End this hateful act on animals.

I agree! I took my children one time. They say it may not hurt the animals. I don't believe it. They whip them. Maybe they need the same back at them. Animals in a show should be for show not to show people that they are being controlled by being abused!
