Dear Dan and OTF Islington Leadership Team,

We, the undersigned members of the studio community, hereby express our wholehearted support for Coach Dione Lynch and advocate for the extension of her hours at the studio. Over the past two years, Dione has not only demonstrated exceptional coaching skills but has also become an integral part of our studio family.

Dione's dedication, passion, and ability to inspire positive change within our community have not gone unnoticed. Her impact goes beyond the physical aspect of training; she fosters a supportive and encouraging environment that has greatly contributed to the overall well-being of the studio members.

In addition to being an incredible coach, Dione is also a working mother. She is, in fact, the only coach at the studio who is a parent. The new (severely limited) hours that Dione was assigned would require her to put her child in early morning daycare. OTF's mission is to create and sustain a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture. It is important to us that OTF Islington embodies this mission and creates an inclusive culture for working parents who are coaches, just as it does for members.

By reinstating Dione’s hours, we believe the studio will not only retain a beloved and highly effective coach but also enhance the quality of our training experiences. Her unique coaching style has significantly contributed to the success and growth of our studio, and we are confident that extending her hours will further elevate the studio's atmosphere and success.

We kindly request that you consider our collective voice and take the necessary steps to negotiate an extension of Dione’s coaching hours. We believe that this decision will positively impact the entire studio community.
