As the buget process proceeds over the next several months, I feel that it is imperative to keep class size a priority. My child attends Daniels Farm Elementary school and is currently in first grade. There are presently five sections of grade 1 at our school. It is my fervent hope that our children are not forced into four sections of second grade. This decision will impact their education throughout their elementary years. As you know, there is plentiful research as to the benefits of small class sizes. Please keep our children in mind when you are allocating funds for the upcoming school year and retain 5 sections of Grade 2 at Daniels Farm Elementary.
