Over the years the school has lost some amazing teachers. As parents this causes disruption to our children's lives and education. We understand some teachers have personal issues and leave. However the past few months it seems the management is the issue due to the high volume of staff turnover. In light of this we believe that Mr Ali has had no option but to resign from his post at the school. Mr Ali is known to many parents and children. He has developed children and worked with families to support the children's learning and development. It is rare to find a teacher that holds high standards and qualities that Mr Ali posses. In light of this and the huge impact he has had to many of our children. We would like the school to do everything in its power to keep Mr Ali in Nursery. His an inspiration to many of our children and is a role model. We will not accept for another teacher to leave. We as parents will stand our ground. Our children and the teachers make the school. Management needs to work with us to make things work. Without our children the school would not exist.

I am currently gathering the signatures to present directly to the school management. Please email the headteacher today to demand they address the ongoing staff turnover. Keep talking to other parents at the school gate so we stay organized.

The administration is finally starting to feel the pressure because of your commitment to keeping Mr Ali at our school. Now call the front office to request a meeting with the principal and demand they address this turnover before we lose another great teacher.

We don’t want Mr Ali to leave over schools decisions, which is unfair on him and our kids he has been the most amazing teacher who gave our children’s confidents to start their school journey from scratch and be how they are now. School should reconsider their decision and not force any teachers to leave.

Mr. Ali helped my child to speak, to express himself and to be independent when he was just 3 years old. I have so much gratitude and respect for Mr. Ali and the school should try to keep a teacher who has a great impact on the younger generation. Is the first step into education therefore it’s the most important one.

I heard so much wonderful things about Mr Ali from my niece. She is in his class, Mr Ali has good connection, very gentle manner and very positive behaviour towards young children. It will be shame if he leaves. also we are short of male teachers in the foundation stage so why let him go???

Mr Ali is an amazing teacher, he has played such a great role in dhqping my child for big school. As a parent i have witnessed Mr Ali's one to one attention tailored to every child's individual need. He is such a great role model and even the older kids in school talk to him about thier personal worries or achievements because Mr Ali is so approachable.

A truly inspirational teacher who our children will remember throughout their lives. Wonderful with the children and also with us parents. A fantastic role model for young people and also the teaching and support staff who work with him. Mr Ali will be a huge loss to our school community.

My husband worked with Mr Ali for nearly three years at the school. He's only had positive things to say about him. The way he has impacted my child in less than a term is mind blowing . We will keep you Mr Ali for our children, at all costs. Clearly there are internal management issues that need to be addressed to the parents as transparently as possible.
